About the Role

Haarslev Industries A/S is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to join our team in Brasil. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing your own client portfolio and travel schedule, maximizing sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth and hit targets by successfully managing your client portfolio.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  3. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  4. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competitive status.
  5. Interface with production and engineering departments to ensure technical feasibility and project implementation.
  6. Actively assist in the development of new projects across all states of Brazil.
  7. Self-manage time and travel schedule.
Requirements
  1. Experience in industrial equipment sales, capital sales, and large projects.
  2. Previous experience in the animal protein recycling industry.
  3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  5. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  6. Advanced technical knowledge in animal protein recycling processes.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  8. Competitive spirit.
  9. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with availability to travel at least 60% of the time.
  10. Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  11. Professional ethics.
  12. A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields will be an advantage.
