Business Operations Role OverviewThis is an entry-level position for a Business Operations Analyst to support the sales function globally. The role entails supporting all aspects of day-to-day operations, checking opportunities for accuracy, and provisioning orders on successful closure of deals.The ideal candidate will be collaborative and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. They will have experience working in an entry-level role in sales operations or related fields, preferably in the technology industry.
  • The selected candidate will support the Sales Operations team in driving continuous process and data quality improvement.
  • They will assist the team with automation and streamlining of the Lead to Order process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales operations functions globally.
  • Check opportunities for accuracy and provision orders on successful closure of deals.
  • Assist the Sales Operations team in reporting on and improving sales data quality and processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent academic track record from high school and university.
  • Experience working in an entry-level role in sales operations or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
