Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst

As a key member of our sales strategy and planning team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and optimization of our sales organization.

About the Opportunity
  • Develop and execute analytical plans to accelerate business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to conduct market and segment-specific analyses, identifying actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive quarterly business reviews and organizational deep dives to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test effectiveness of various sales roles and compensation plans.
  • Establish trust with key stakeholders in sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in sales strategy/consulting/sales operations/analytics.
  • Effective communicator who can break down complex technical concepts into simple business vernacular.
  • Experience in business partner role and/or managing executive relationships.
  • Experience with quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Naturally curious – excited by learning new things and often look for ways to innovate and develop.
