- Provide personalized support to members, understanding their preferences and tailoring our service to meet their individual needs.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support, fostering strong relationships with our members.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in luxury services, preferably as a UHNW travel consultant.
- Higher education in Tourism or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong sense of empathy and ability to connect with members quickly.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
