Job Title: Documentation Assistant Jr

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Documentation Assistant Jr. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth importation of goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transfer all mandatory information to our system, including CNPJ, First POL, First Vessel, Transhipment Port, and NCM.
  • Submit Cargo Manifest to Customs System for imports from abroad and transit cargo from abroad.
  • Send relevant documents to Terminal Operator and Authorities for discharge of cargoes.
  • Closed vessel in IRIS4 and Modallport systems after receiving necessary data.
  • Processed Dangerous Cargo Declaration in PSP System after automatic transfer from Customs System.
  • Sent Arrival Notice to Customers via Modallport and IRIS4 systems after confirmation of arrival.
  • Sent Discharge Confirmation to Customers via Modall System after receiving Discharge list from Terminal Operator.
