Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to defining client operating models, new roles, and org implications
  • Develop strategies and solutions for marketing technology
  • Advance our knowledge base by contributing to and expanding our diagnostic and assessment toolkit and approach
  • Develop new frameworks, approaches, and techniques while building on existing ones
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree with 1+ years of work experience or Master's degree
  • Graduated from a coding school or coding boot-camp program
  • Development experience in JavaScript, C#, Java
  • Experience with Node.js, ES6, Webpack, React/Redux, and other frameworks
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to provide technical excellence and leadership/mentorship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with creativity and efficiency
