Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive tests to identify software issues and optimize system performance
  • Analyze and document bugs and errors found during testing, ensuring seamless resolution and improvement
  • Develop robust test coverage plans and cases to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or similar function, with a proven track record of success
  • In-depth understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with expertise in API-related technologies
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, with a focus on automation and efficiency
  • Proficiency in agile/Scrum development process, with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with English and Portuguese language proficiency
