Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisitions Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting our hiring efforts, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, and a passion for talent hunting and HR processes. You will work closely with our multicultural team to align HR activities with business needs and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
