Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Specialist to manage our buying process, source commercial opportunities, and achieve the best results for the organization.
- Place and track purchase orders (PO) and foster relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
- Identify gaps in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes, and suggest improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships to understand their business, gather market intelligence, assess risks, and ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate communication with requesting colleagues and suppliers.
- Manage issues and schedule changes.
- Experience gained in sourcing/purchasing/acquisition in an oil and gas environment.
- Pursuing higher education in economics.
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Qualifications: Effective time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with procurement software is desirable but not essential.
