About the Role:
As a Senior Geosciences Integrator, you will play a key role in leading our geoscience team and integrating multiple disciplines to achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for validating seismic acquisition and processing programs, interpreting seismic data, and providing expertise on geophysics-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Validate seismic acquisition and processing programs, seismic interpretation results, and associated geological modeling methodology and workflows.
- Provide expertise/coaching on geophysics-related matters as per assets' needs/requirements with a strong focus on cross-discipline integration.
- Contribute to the definition of TEP Brazil's strategy for influencing positively operator's HSE, production, and ultimate recovery performance.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc/MSc/PhD or equivalent in Geophysics or other subsurface-related domain.
- Experience: minimum of 12 years of geosciences experience including a minimum of 10 years as geophysicist/senior geophysicist or other position in a 2G domain.
- Strong 2G&R culture with exposure to operations (well planning, seismic acquisitions), geological & reservoir modeling, reservoir developments, and inter-disciplines collaboration.
