About the Position
  • Lead the conversation with artists and labels to present our value proposition and identify the best partnership model.
  • Collaborate closely with our international finance and business affairs team.
  • Be available for travel and attend concerts, festivals, and music conferences.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in the music market with a strong network and reputation.
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver, and exceptional creative executive with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
