Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced music professional to join our team as a Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging artists and developing strategies to promote their work.

About the Role:

  • Actively seek out new artistic opportunities through research on social media, charts, streaming platforms, playlists, and data tools employed by the company.
  • Utilize internal tools provided by the organization to convert high-potential subscribers into artist partners.
  • Generate weekly reports supported by data to brief the team on new opportunities.
  • Work closely with partner artists and managers to ensure a robust release plan that aligns with performance expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring, planning, and supporting non-exclusive artist partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with digital music services and social media platforms.
  • Research and analytical skills: ability to conduct in-depth research on social media, streaming platforms, charts, and data tools to identify emerging artists and trends.
  • Relationship management: strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking: capability to develop and execute long-term strategies for artist growth.
  • Communication skills: proficiency in articulating ideas and plans, both in written reports and verbal communication.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in A R with some knowledge in research and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining relationships, interacting with recording artists.
