We are seeking a skilled Business Developer to join our distribution team.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, negotiations, and music industry networks.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and signing new partners (artists and labels) in a constantly evolving environment.
This position requires a deep understanding of the independent music labels landscape and the ability to maintain up-to-date leads and clients database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Identify and develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Business Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels, and other industry professionals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
