Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities">

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements through various techniques such as workshops and interviews.">
  • Analyze and document complex business requirements and processes, communicating them effectively to relevant parties.">
  • Develop test case scenarios and oversee the testing of business applications to ensure client requirements are met.">
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts.">
  • Provide time estimates for project-related tasks and assist in updating process and procedural documentation.">
Requirements">
  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.">
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.">
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required.">
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.">
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approaches.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.">
  • Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must.">
