- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of budget management and grant administration.
- Ability to conduct training and develop training materials.
- Experience in performing audit functions and financial analysis.
- Previous experience in higher education financial management.
- Familiarity with Uniform Guidance and Penn State grant policies.
- Strong analytical skills for data compilation and forecasting.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
