We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students in school environments.


">Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Provide support in the classes, sharing with the Head Teacher the guidance to students in the activities to enhance learning;">
  • Assist the Head Teacher in the distribution and collection of materials, etc.;">
  • Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects by the school;">
  • Keep the classroom organized with the materials requested by the Head Teacher;">
  • Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables, and bulletin boards around the school;">
  • Adapt activities for students with special educational needs;">
  • Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding, and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents. Keeping this stance comprehensively to all school students;">
  • Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school, paying attention to safety standards and delivering them only to the person in charge;">
  • Accompany students at meal times, ensuring that everyone eats well;">
  • Be responsible for managing the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher;">
  • Record student activities through videos and photos and send them to the Head Teacher, within the previously established deadline, without disturbing the dynamics of the room;">
  • Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops to keep and improve professional competence;">
  • Attend school events open to families;">
  • Follow general guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers' Handbook, Assessment Policy).">
">Requirements and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Education: Attending or graduated in Pedagogy;">
  • Experience: Desirable 2 years of classroom experience, Experience with Early Childhood Education;">
  • Proficiency in English;">
  • Bilingualism;">
  • Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education);">
  • Desirable Knowledge: IB Methodology, Child Development;">
  • Soft Skills and Values: Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Creativity.">
