Job Title: Contract Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Contract Manager. Your key responsibilities will include drafting formal notifications, identifying contractual risks, tracking deadlines, and preparing records of project deviations.

  • Draft and issue formal notifications, letters, and contractual communications regarding deviations, non-compliance, or scope changes.
  • Identify and assess contractual risks during the execution of a project, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Track key contractual deadlines, including contract duration, milestones, deliverables, and expiration dates.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of project deviations and contractual events, supporting corrective actions or formal communications as required.

To be successful in this role, you should have a law degree, proven experience in legal advisory and contract law, and specialist knowledge in contract management. You should also have experience in contract negotiations, assessing contractual risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
