We are seeking an exceptional Network Performance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing market dealer network growth and development plans to achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, execution, and delivery of market dealer network growth and development plans
  • Market and dealer network analytics, prospecting, and new dealer appointments
  • Dealer training, relocation, refurbishment, and continuous improvement of existing network
  • Establishing and managing new dealer onboarding process, business case development, and evaluation
  • Managing dealer buy/sell activities, reviewing and approving new dealer locations, and establishing strong partnerships with market sales directors and managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese
