Compensation Analyst

This role involves leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market compensation data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Maintain salary ranges based on market data in alignment with company strategy.
  • Develop detailed reports and presentations showcasing compensation trends, market positioning, and recommendations for salary adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation principles and best practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in global compensation analysis, with a focus on market research and data analysis.
