Job Overview
T Mha is seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Santa Maria, CA. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide therapeutic services, including assessments, case management, and rehabilitation services, to individuals experiencing trauma. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other service providers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to promote healthy relationships and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with County Behavioral Health on assessments and referrals for admission into SM FSP 1 services.
- Document clinical activity, presenting diagnostic and interview findings, clinical evaluations, and recommendations.
- Provide crisis counseling in the field and in the office for individuals experiencing acute episodes.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Working knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling, and psychotherapeutic treatment of marriage, family, and child relationship dysfunctions.
- Ability to perform effective counseling and psychotherapy with individuals, families, and groups.
Salary Information
$33.50-$42.00 per hour, includes a generous benefits package with health, dental, vision, life insurance, 403(b) retirement, paid vacation/holiday time, paid sick time, and employee perks.
