Job Overview

The Regional Supply Chain Organization plays a pivotal role in facilitating long-term sales forecasting, enabling sales by maturing the portfolio of projects until firm order intake (timing, capacity, and configuration), optimizing the portfolio of projects, managing project risks and changes with transport and construction, and ensuring on-time-in-full delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, transport, and construction teams to manage the portfolio of projects in the region, from EXW to On-Site Delivery.
  • Coordinate changes of timing, configuration, cost, and cash profile.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks to on-time-in-full delivery and cost.
  • Optimize the portfolio in terms of on-time-in-full, TOR, CM, and pre/post variance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with relevant experience building teams.
  • Experience on wind turbine blades manufacturing is desired but not a requirement.
  • Fluent English language skills.
