As a technical support engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our organization. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using analytical skills and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, electronic engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT field, including experience as systems/network administrator or technical support role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
