Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with IT infrastructure and providing top-notch support to our clients.

  • This role will involve on-site support for computers, mobile devices, printers, telephony, meeting room equipment, and other IT-related systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and troubleshoot IT-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Liaise with global teams and follow up with users until issues are resolved.
  • Image and reimage company computers as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between Equinor and global IT teams.
  • Provide support for enterprise services, including networking, servers, storage, and more.
  • Manage offshore inventory using corporate tools and follow Equinor procedures.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to create SAP MRP for IT goods.
  • Dispose of broken or obsolete IT items in accordance with company procedures.
  • Verify IT items arriving at the location following company procedures.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors about physical installations.
  • Identify IT-related risks and report them to the Brazil onshore IT team.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE and IT rules and policies.
  • Support the new Logistic Base – OceanPact – located nearby the Peregrino Logistic Base.
  • Frequent communication with the IT Global Teams requires fluent English.
