Lead Product Designer

We're seeking an exceptional product designer to drive end-to-end design solutions that are deeply aligned with our users' needs and goals.

This role is a blend of discovery, research, and polished interface design. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to create experiences that are not only visually refined but also intuitive and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys and data analysis to uncover insights and validate design decisions;
  • Translate research findings into actionable design opportunities and product improvements;
  • Design user-centered interfaces for web applications;
  • Craft design work from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes ensuring pixel-perfect implementation;
  • Partner with engineers during implementation to maintain design quality and fidelity;
  • Collaborate with product managers to define scope, requirements and success metrics for features;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a product designer or similar role;
  • Proven experience conducting UX research and synthesizing insights into design decisions;
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to design complex workflows;
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar tools for design, prototyping and collaboration;
  • Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices in design;
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or fintech products;
  • Experience working with payment products or teams;
  • Knowledge of behavioral design or cognitive psychology principles.
