As a Specialist in Currency Exchange, you will be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients across various financial products.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain strong business connections with diverse corporate clients.
  • Negotiate complex currency trades with multiple liquidity providers using advanced trading platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive business growth and understand client needs.
  • Analyze competitor capabilities and market gaps to position Ebury's Banking solutions effectively.
  • Achieve dealer-specific performance metrics, including repeat and new business revenues, reduced client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increased wallet-share.

Maintaining excellent client relationships through regular interactions and expanding existing business by providing feedback to product managers. Originating new business opportunities via networking with existing clients is also essential.

Key Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services sales, preferably working with SMEs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and business/finance academic background are desirable.
  • Able to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage senior-level relationships.

  • Proven ability to bring energy and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Excellent communication skills to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Quick learner, especially on systems, with strong analytical abilities.
