The Control Management – CIB Supervision team is seeking an exceptional candidate with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This role requires a focus on ensuring a robust control environment while driving business initiatives in response to industry-wide regulatory changes.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Document processes and identify control gaps by networking with subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with functional partners to identify and close breaches promptly.
  • Partner with your team to ensure controls are properly designed and operating effectively.
  • Ensure timely identification of issues and escalation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' relevant internship/business experience; financial services industry or background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
  • Proficiency with MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Pragmatic and enthusiastic with a proactive, self-motivated positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to manage complex deliverables across various lines of businesses.
