Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Resource Planning Professional to join our team. This role involves managing business contracting demands, forecasting resource utilization, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure that future contracting needs are anticipated and met.

About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level position within our Contract Centre of Excellence. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership and operations lead in managing the business contracting demands, assigning contract requests to the legal members of the team, and collaborating with stakeholders from other Business Enablement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and planning: Collaborate with the CCOE Contract Success Manager, CCOE Contracting team, and stakeholders to anticipate future contract requests based on historical data, Salesforce opportunities, and business requirements.
  • Resource allocation: Utilize contracting resources effectively and assign requests to legal team members based on their expertise, availability, and contract requirements.
  • Capacity analysis: Assess resourcing needs, identify gaps or excesses in resource capacity, and allocate requests accordingly.
  • Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve resource utilization and efficiency within the Contract Centre of Excellence.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on resource utilization, availability, and performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in resource management, including utilization, risks associated with upcoming requests, resource planning, and capacity.
  • Data analysis skills with experience in generating insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
