Job Summary

This role demonstrates advanced knowledge of customs regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), government agency clearances, and international trade principles.

  • Prepares and submits customs entries in compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers.
  • Monitors clearance processes for all prepared entries, ensuring timely resolution and communicating discrepancies to clients and supervisors.
  • Develops and maintains strong client relationships, fostering partnerships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Resolves documentation issues through troubleshooting and collaboration with customers and foreign origins.

This position involves working in a dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders, including international partners, domestic carriers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires:

  • Advanced knowledge of customs regulations, HTS, PGA, Code of Regulations, and Customs procedures.
