Job Title: Payroll Associate

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Professional to join our team in managing end-to-end payroll operations.

The Payroll Operations Team is responsible for delivering payroll business services globally. This includes supporting clients with local payroll expertise, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll across regions.
  • Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports, ensuring compliance with tax authorities.
  • Own critical payroll processes, including setting up deductions, onboardings and offboardings.
  • Schedule expenses collections and reconcile collections to expenses.
  • Assess and improve rapid growth processes and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Stay informed of relevant regulatory changes, communicating key changes across teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide payroll expertise.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, 2+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of local regulations and policies, ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines, strong verbal and written skills, and advanced knowledge of payroll software solutions.
