Global Payroll Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Compliance and Excellence Manager to provide strategic direction and support on global payroll for approximately 23,000 employees across 44 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global payroll strategies, policies, and best practices to ensure efficient, timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations.
  • Support Global Payroll Transformation and M&A's integration.
  • Drive Time & Absence Transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Implement controls to mitigate risks associated with payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit requirements and resolve any compliance issues.
  • Foster training and communication with regional payroll teams on policies, processes, and changes in payroll regulations.
