The Director of Physician Practice will oversee programmatic operations across regional practices, providing supervision and direction for the delivery of services and related programs. This role will support further acquisition, development, and regionalization efforts for clinical services and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial performance and budget development processes are key areas of responsibility, with a focus on revenue and expense management across the enterprise.
- Business planning and strategic initiatives are developed to enhance growth and operational excellence, incorporating best practices and standardization.
- Clinical programs are developed and grown through collaboration with physician and administrative leadership.
- Strategic partnerships are formed and executed, collaborating with key stakeholders to review and manage operational KPI's.
- Patient experience and care transitions are improved within the division, program, or service line/institute.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required.
- Five years of relevant experience in a physician office practice setting and supervisory experience directing others' work are necessary.
- The ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change is crucial.
- Strong leadership and mature emotional intelligence are essential.
- Proficiency in both transactional and transformational leadership is required.
- The ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve goals is vital.
