Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. As a Support Analyst, you will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues and improve our overall IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Respond to and resolve technical incidents and problems in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve our IT services
  • Manage employee technology requests and projects from start to finish
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and Azure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A bachelor's degree in IT or related field
