IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end support to customers, ensuring that all incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported within agreed time frames.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate incident response and resolution services by engaging clients via multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot issues to resolution or escalate to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
- Support Microsoft virtual technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Nerdio, and FSLogix.
- Document all reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the incident management system.
- Provide feedback, additions, and updates to the knowledge base where applicable.
- Follow established ITIL processes and procedures.
- One year of customer service experience required.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Virtual technologies like Azure Virtual Desktop, Nerdio, and FSLogix mandatory.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, computer operating systems, and software required.
