Product Innovation Leader

The Product Director has overall life cycle responsibility for a single use systems product line. This position is accountable for the product's growth and profitability, and leads a technical team to improve the product's market value.
- Lead a team focused on product improvements, product marketing, and new product concepts.
- Develop compelling product marketing materials and sales tools.
- Evaluate and prioritize potential product changes and improvements based on return on investment.
- Plan and drive product cost reduction.
- Support other functions as the product line owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to develop and launch new products.
- Drive product innovation and growth through strategic planning.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in capital equipment engineering, project management, or operations.
- Prior experience with direct personnel management and leadership of teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
