The role of this position is to spearhead complex research and development projects from concept through commercialization.
This involves formulating new products, collaborating cross-functionally, and innovating strategically aligned to business goals.
The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, a deep understanding of regulatory trends, and the ability to optimize processes, products, and costs in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive product development from concept to commercialization.
- Partner with internal & external teams to deliver seamless launches and business results.
- Utilize sensory testing and consumer research to ensure our products meet expectations for flavor, texture, and quality.
- Lead trials and scale-up with technical rigor, troubleshooting challenges and ensuring smooth start-ups.
- Improve formulas, processes, and workflows to elevate product quality, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess:
