Primary responsibilities will be to support complex opportunities by producing winning, professional, competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a self-directed team culture by delivering high-quality materials.
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle, owning all deliverables and driving a smooth process.
- Develop pursuit organization tools using collaborative platforms.
- Review RFPs to create clear compliance matrices guiding proposal development.
- Coordinate input from internal teams and external subconsultants, maintaining alignment and clear communication.
- Track progress, manage deadlines, and adjust priorities to keep the team on schedule.
- Write, edit, and format non-technical proposal content for clarity and consistency.
- Work with experts to write technical approaches and project information.
- Develop qualifications, bios, data, forms, and terms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the creation of storyboarding, benefit statements, message development, and project profiles.
- Research project background and tailor content accordingly.
- Author and review draft proposal text for consistency and grammar.
- Compose documents with strong graphic/layout skills.
- Engage marketing resources as needed.
- Collaborate with technical leads to develop presentation materials.
- Create schedules to conduct reviews of content and graphics.
- Monitor progress to ensure quality processes are met.
- Work with Strategic Pursuit leaders to meet expectations of quality-driven materials.
- Research project background and keep collected data organized.
- Gather and refine resumes, project information, and other data.
- Learn and use AI tools and software to improve processes.
