Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, identifying design conflicts, and coordinating multidisciplinary data.

About the Role:

This on-site position in the UAE will require relocation and involves managing a section of the build, ensuring all designs are executed as per specifications, and any changes are effectively resolved and documented.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents, 2D drawings, BIM models, and asset data to ensure compliance with ISO19650.
  • Identify and resolve conflicting design elements through RFIs, CVIs, and workshops.
  • Oversee civil/infrastructure design deliverables throughout the design and construction stages.
  • Support the Design Manager in developing key project documentation, including project execution plans and QA/QC plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary data and proactively mitigate potential constraints.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs/CVIs, ensuring clarity and timely responses.
  • Assist in subcontractor coordination, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Track drawing delivery schedules and support timely document submittals.
  • Liaise with planning teams to update working programmes and address technical queries from site.
  • Support temporary works design, including tower cranes, hoists, and formwork systems.
  • Contribute to value engineering initiatives and manage as-built/redline drawing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/Revizto, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of design review processes and technical coordination.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
