  • Design and execute strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts by opening new opportunities and increasing value delivery.
  • Ensure business growth is accompanied by high client satisfaction rates.
Delivery Excellence, Retention & Process Improvement
  • Oversee project delivery across accounts to maintain exceptional performance standards.
  • Guarantee employees are engaged and supported for success within client teams.
  • Establish routines and frameworks to monitor client satisfaction and performance risks.
Client Success & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at client companies.
  • Navigate complex challenges and ensure we are seen as a trusted partner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to align business capacity and growth goals.
  • Work alongside People and Sales teams to optimize hiring and employee experience.
Requirements
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Proven experience leading project management, account management, or client success teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
