We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Outreach Specialist.
As an outreach specialist, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers in the energy industry.
Key aspects of this role include researching companies and contacts, personalizing outreach efforts based on technical and commercial decision-maker profiles, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and contact lists.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a positive and professional attitude. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about outreach and business development, you'll thrive in this hybrid position based in Rio de Janeiro.
Key Responsibilities:- Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to schedule qualified meetings.
- Research companies and contacts in offshore drilling and energy sectors.
- Personalize outreach based on technical and commercial decision-maker profiles.
- Keep activity records organized using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and contact lists.
- Follow up on inbound leads and assist with active campaigns.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – required, as you'll interact with international contacts.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about outreach and business development.
- Comfortable starting conversations – we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with others.
