Regional Logistics Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our regional logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct report supervisors and external warehouse operations.
This role requires a strong logistics professional with a proven track record of implementing change across multiple warehouses, improving customer experience, driving cost savings, and leading complex logistics projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a regional team of warehouse supervisors and their operational teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Defining and implementing regional distribution strategies
- Leading network optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Overseeing relationships with 3PLs and external warehouses
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of experience in logistics, warehouse, plant supply chain, or regional supply chain
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations and analyze data
Familiarity with Ball's internal systems and procedures is an asset. Proficiency in IT systems such as ERPs and productivity software is also required.
