We are seeking a sales professional to lead agency programs and incentives, driving business growth and maximizing customer success.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales leader to join our Large Customer Sales team in São Paulo, collaborating with global, regional, and local stakeholders to develop agency agreements.

  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with top Holding Companies and separate agencies, influencing their behavior and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Agreement Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build, pitch, and negotiate agreements that drive incremental business for Google.
  2. Narrative Construction: Develop persuasive narratives showcasing program value for C-Level engagement with agency partners.
  3. Relationship Nurturing: Nurture relationships with partner C-level executives to drive Google product adoption and growth.
  4. Metrics and Tracking: Establish measurable success metrics and implement tracking processes and tools to monitor progress.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct regular check-ins with internal and external stakeholders, providing program improvement feedback, aligning with Agency Leads, and coordinating cross-functionally with various Google teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Proven ability to identify client issues and define customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
  • Experience working with digital organizations or agencies with video products.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese to engage with local stakeholders.
