Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, a media specific industry, or in a media agency environment.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with business growth techniques including effective questioning, objection management, and competitive selling/closing.
- Experience working on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing a sales portfolio in business development.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with internal and external partners simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations/action plans.
- Excellent analytical, solution-based selling, client relationship, service, and problem solving skills.
**About the job**:
As an Agency Development Manager, you'll act as the lead for a key group of agencies.
You will focus on growing long-term relationships with our managed Agencies, as well as being the growth driver for our agencies on a long-term and consistent basis.
You will also help drive scalable product adoption and growth across agency-managed accounts.

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver against business goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience for Agency partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor and manage/grow primary agency relationships with executives.
- Build compelling and data-driven Business Plans with agency executives, leveraging internal resources and Business Solutions.
- Synchronize agency plans with Agency partners and internal cross-functional teams to further develop your agencies.
- Grow agency business by driving Google Solutions and product adoption across agency accounts.
