About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth and expand our presence in the Brazilian market.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and optimize business outcomes.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND EXPAND OUR INFLUENCE IN THE REGION.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver value to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure we remain competitive and compliant.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian market, including its complexities, opportunities, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that drive business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
