Solution Architect - Manufacturing and Supply Chain Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with customers, implementation partners, field sales, field services, product teams, support teams, and development teams across SAP to drive the success of our market-leading cloud-based manufacturing solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their manufacturing and supply chain requirements and work with them to implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Work with product teams to develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Be the voice of the product for customers, sales, and presales by advocating solution readiness and innovations to drive adoption.
  • Prepare and conduct expert testing on planned and future functionality of the solution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business Administration (Engineering) or comparable education required.
  • Relevant experience in software innovation projects, product management, support, and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong experience in professional software development and relevant working experience in the SAP environment.
  • Domain knowledge in manufacturing, planning, and/or logistics combined with strong analytical skills and technical expertise of SAP BTP-based cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams in multiple regions/time zones.
  • Ability to distill technical information fast and prepare stakeholder-specific content out of it, with the business outcome in mind and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and language skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written).
