About the Role

We're seeking a driven and ambitious Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for following up with leads, staying up-to-date with local knowledge, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay informed about local market trends and conditions
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
Requirements
  • A valid Real Estate License or pursuing a California real estate license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
