Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are Doctoralia Brasil, a leading healthcare platform, seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting end-to-end hiring processes, with a focus on sales hires, and aligning communication with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the entire hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and actively search for candidates on different sources;
- Conduct the first interview with candidates to assess attributes and cultural fit;
- Contribute with ideas for improvements to our processes, employer branding, and hiring strategy;
- Support the global team in recruitment matters and projects involving talent acquisition;
- Provide an incredible experience for candidates.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English - verbal and written communication;
- Solid experience in talent acquisition, especially sales hires;
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related areas;
- Experience with recruitment and selection tools (ATS);
- Experience with talent acquisition KPIs, how to generate insights and strategies from data analysis.
