Talent Acquisition Specialist for People with Disabilities

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for driving the multi-functional strategy to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit.
Main Responsibilities
- Sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives.
- Manage and improve distribution, pricing, and volume growth.
- Develop and administer productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell business plans where everybody wins.
- Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
- Provide input into retailer category strategy.
Requirements
- A college degree (Bachelor's, preferably with some business focus).
- No experience needed (Max 3 years of relevant experience).
- Leadership, ownership, and people management skills.
- Sales interest - entry level or 1 year experience.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English.
