About this Role:

As a key member of our team, the Strategic Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs and goals. This analyst creates data-driven analysis and insight to support management decisions by gathering information from stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base and ongoing professional development.
  • Evaluate data integrity and propose improvements.
  • Perform advanced aggregations, joins, and automation techniques.
  • Analyze and aggregate data for insights.
  • Create functions and applications for team use.
  • Develop and track metrics and/or dashboards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience as a marketing analyst or understanding of marketing concepts.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced data querying and aggregation skills.
  • Chart selection and presentation expertise.
  • PowerBI and Microsoft SQL experience required.
  • Snowflake and Dbt Cloud experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to focus on key issues and develop sound recommendations.
  • Engaging presentation methodologies.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Business and technology acumen.
