We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Advisor to join our organization in Rio de Janeiro.

About the Role

The Strategic HR Advisor will be responsible for providing full-service HR business partner/consulting support to client groups in Brazil. This role will involve cultivating strong and influential working relationships with local leadership teams and employees, influencing the organization to support company values and leadership principles by enabling the adoption of Talent Management programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the HR function, providing full-service HR business partner/consulting support to client groups in BR (Rio & Sao Paulo)
  • Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with local leadership teams and employees
  • Influence the organization to support company values and leadership principles by enabling the adoption of Talent Management programs
  • Coach and counsel managers, providing tools and guidance that enable management effectiveness and drive high organizational performance
  • Ensure the success of key programs and HR initiatives, such as talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, hiring, operational improvements, and employee development planning
  • Participate as project team member on global HR initiatives, grounded in key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and build consistent HR processes that support corporate functions and comply with local law practices and corporate requirements
  • In partnership with corporate Centers of Excellence, support recruiting, compensation, and benefits best practices
