Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior HR Generalist, working in either Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, collaborating with business leadership teams, and driving strategic alignment between organizational design and business objectives. You will also act as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters to support business goals.

Some of your key responsibilities will include assessing current talent, designing long-term strategies to build necessary capabilities, and ensuring the right skills and competencies to elevate organizational performance. You will also lead performance management cycles, including evaluations, calibration sessions, and individual development plans.

Additionally, you will drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and lead the implementation of action plans. You will also plan and execute HR-led engagement and integration events to foster team connection and a positive work environment.

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will have a solid generalist background in key HR areas such as organizational design, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor law knowledge. A strong organizational development background is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and skills identified are typically acquired by completing a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of HR experience preferred.
  • A strong generalist background in key HR areas such as organizational design, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor law knowledge is essential.
